Abstract(in English) | We propose a simple digital coherent transmission system with injection-locking for the next generation (5G and post 5G) mobile fronthaul. Here, one laser diode (LD) acts both as a transmitter laser and a local oscillator (LO), which makes the system simple. With this system, we demonstrate an 80 Gbit/s, polarization-multiplexed 5 Gsymbol/s, 256 QAM 26 km bi-directional transmission as mobile fronthaul. |
