Abstract(in English) We have developed a non-contact and non-destructive inspection technology in solid materials using high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave and optical equipment. In this method, a high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave (20 kHz ~ 100 kHz) is irradiated to the object surface, and the defect inside the object is detected by the vibration velocity distribution generated on the surface of the object. In this report, we attempted a method of imaging defects at the same time by a guide wave generated on the surface under high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves with wide range.
