Abstract(in English) Recently, high conversion voltage ratios DC-DC converters is being considered to application to in the automobile, data center industry or Solid State Transformer. In this paper, the design method for Input-Series and Output-Parallel (ISOP) converter based on DAB converter for high-ratio-voltage-conversion towering higher power density and one-chip-fabrication is described. The prototype experiment has been done with bi-birectional 48V/12V-500kHz DC-DC converter, and the experimental results were obtained that the maximum efficiency is 98.9% in the back mode of 48V/12V, and the maximum efficiency is 97.0% in the boost mode of 12V/48V.
