Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) After disaster occurs, survivors should rebuild their lives, and local responders have to provide many kinds of relief programs for them to support their lire reconstruction. However, when local responders try to establish the organization to do their work effectively, there is no knowledge inherited from past disasters. Against this issue, we analyzed the workload volume relating to victims’ life reconstruction support in case studies of 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake and 2007 Chuetsu-oki Earthquake. Through this analysis, we found some of them had a high correlation between two disasters. Based on this result, we designed and developed a prototype system for simulating workload volume considering the characteristics of local government or damage amounts.
