Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In troubleshooting process it is effective to make visible the root cause and its corresponding solution of problems that a customer faces but unnoticed. We call the root cause “latent needs.” In this research, we develop a dialog agent to visualize latent needs that contributes to improve troubleshooting efficiency. Utterance generation rule of the dialog agent was created using work records of IT help desk in a university. We implemented the dialog agent by incorporating the rule into a chat bot creation service. We also clarified a direction of model improvement based on a data analysis for a purpose of quality assurance of utterance content.
