Abstract(in English) In this paper, we tried to construct a rectenna for receiving power using a radio wave with a frequency of 500 MHz as an example of building a battery - less system. A wavelength of 500 MHz is about 600 mm, and since a half wavelength is used for a patch antenna, a length of about 300 mm becomes necessary. According to the requirements of the rectenna contest, it is essential to fit in a space of 200 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm or less, and it is necessary to design an antenna and a rectifying circuit within a limited space. It was confirmed that the gain of the prototype rectenna was 6.9 dBi and the rectification efficiency of the rectifier circuit was 74%. In this paper, we will introduce rectenna that makes maximum use of space.
