| Abstract(in English) | As wide-area disasters occur frequently, the security needs in disaster areas grow. One of the security needs in disaster areas is disaster areas care. The police and vigilante patrol has been carried out in an organized manner, that has been effective. On the other hand, the information of suspicious persons and cars in disaster areas is in circulation ,which is uncertain whether it is true. We conduct provision of disaster area care camera system for the long-term evacuation area of MinamiAso village,Kumamotoprefecture.The provision aims to reduce insecurity of long-term evacuees and burden of village office.This paper descrives the effectiveness of the scheme and the lesson in the provision. |
