Luminescence Properties of Powder EL Devices Having ZnS:Mn Fine Particle

Abstract(in English) Powder electroluminescent (EL) devices fabricated with printing method showed high luminance although these devices need high voltage driving. With using thinner insulating layer threshold voltage was decreased. However the luminance of these devices is low since the breakdown voltage is lower than conventional sample. High luminance and low driving voltage was achieved with double insulating structure.
