Abstract(in English) A magneto-optical isolator is indispensable for protecting optical devices from unwanted reflections. The isolator employing a magneto-optic garnet Ce:YIG directly onto a silicon waveguide is very attractive for realizing photonics integrated circuits. In this report, processing is carried out by loading a Ce:YIG film on a silicon substrate. As a result, high orientation is observed.
