| Abstract(in English) | In these days there are many researches for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). We can obtain position of a vehicle from GPS, but there is a problem of errors in GPS. In order to obtain accurate position of a vehicle, we propose an acquisition method of road information using laser radar by detecting reflector code on guardrail. The laser radar on vehicle scans the reflector code on guardrail. Through several experiments, we show that the proposed method is able to obtain information by detecting reflector code on roadside. |
