[Poster Presentation] Prompt Stabilization of Optical Wavelength at Tunable Laser after Starting Oscillation

Abstract(in English) In the future, high-speed optical switch will be the key to the optical network. We study high-speed wavelength switching of tunable laser in order to realize high-speed optical switch. The high-speed optical switch needs prompt wavelength stabilization of a laser after wavelength switching. Tunable Distributed Amplification (TDA-) DFB laser (LD) array is a devise which includes six high-speed tunable lasers. We realized wavelength switching time within 100ns with only one laser in this array. This time, to realize wider range wavelength switching or wavelength switching between lasers in this array, we tried wavelength stabilization in high speed after laser oscillation.
