Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a new concept of PUF based on a chaotic behavior. Chaos is essentially not a random phenomenon but a deterministic non-periodic flow which can be utilized to extract reproducible ID. The proposed chaos PUF integrated with an inductive-coupling coil demonstrates chip-package-board interactive PUF for the first time with extended ID traceability including not only chip fabrication but also package and board assembly steps for advanced secure supply chain. |
