Abstract(in English) Human postural control involves a multimodal sensory integration to perceive a state of the body in relation to an external environment. For example, a change of peripheral vision (optic flow) is one of the feedback signals of the self-motion. Actually, the optical flow induces an involuntary postural reaction. In addition, a finger touching on a grounded platform may reduce the postural sway during standing. This study examined the modulation of cortical activities and behavioral consequences in standing induced by an optic flow and a light finger touch by means of Mobile Brain/Body Imaging (MoBI) framework.
