Abstract(in English) This paper evaluates the influence of the design signal-to-noise power ratio (SNR) on the block error rate (BLER) performance in the multipath fading channel. In the paper, independent and identically distributed Rayleigh fading channel is used. Based on the computer simulation results (code length N=512, 4096, coding rate R=1/3, 1/2, 3/4, the successive cancellation decoding, and the CRC-aided successive cancellation list decoding with list size of 8), if the design-SNR is properly selected, the good BLER performance is obtained.
