Abstract(in English) A common gate-common source (CG-CS) low noise amplifier (LNA), which has an internal feedback using a coupling capacitor, has been known. The design without using the capacitor causes some restrictions on the design of the common source circuit to apply arbitrary bias. In this paper, a CG-CS LNA without using the capacitor solving the problem by dividing a load resister is proposed.
