Abstract(in English) When a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake occurs, since the traffic of all applications is treated the same in the current network, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to get the information that people really need. In this research, we propose a network control system that judges the type of traffic and gives priority to applications that people really need when communication failure occurs in large-scale disasters. And by performing experiments, we show that network control for each application is Can be performed automatically.
