Abstract(in English) In Twitter, functions like ``Like,'' ``Retweet'' and ``Reply'' allow viewers to feedback their reactions to the contributor. So these functions are considered as one of factors that activate information exchange on Twitter. In this paper, we define the user relation defined by these functions as the active link and analyze it by creating the network model of the active link network based on actual Twitter data.
