Operation verification of Thin-Film Biostimulating Device using Thin-Film Transistors

Abstract(in English) Application to the medical field is expected from the characteristics of thin-film transistors (TFTs). We studied whether biostimulating device can use TFTs. In this study, we used an artificial retina chip.We measured stimulating current in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) .It was found that artificial retina chip can stimulate the body. Next, we measured stimulating current in PBS by wireless power transmission to artificial retina chip. As a results, it was found that TFTs can be used as a biostimulating devices.
