Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We are focusing on biological stimulation devices using thin film devices. In particular, low temperature poly-silicon TFTs has high current driving capability and can be fabricated on a flexible substrate by using a transfer process. However, in the case of implantation in the body, there is a problem in power supply. When operating in the body, power must be supplied from the battery or from the outside with wired method. But, the above method is inconvenient and burdens the human body greatly. Therefore, it is desirable to wirelessly supply power to the biological stimulation devices. In this study, thin film coil was designed and evaluated in order to wirelessly feed biological stimulation devices assumed to be implanted in the body. |
