Abstract(in English) The HTTP/2 was approved and documented in 2015. It is expected to become widely used in the WWW (World Wide Web).In our previous work, we showed that HTTP/2 could not provide enough performance on a network with high latency and high packet loss ratio. In addition, a new TCP congestion control algorithm, called TCP BBR, was proposed in 2016. In this paper, we evaluated the performance of HTTP/2 using TCP BBR and show that TCP BBR can achieve short transmission time.
