Abstract(in English) If the pressure of a hydraulic control system becomes uncontrollable, it is highly possible that the system is overloaded or hydraulic oil blows off, causing a serious hazard. However, currently available hydraulic control systems resort safety control means for pressure to their relief valves, resulting in inadequate response to dangerous failures of various components. In these circumstances, this study analyzes the occurrence process of dangerous failure caused to various components entailing pressure fluctuation by using FMEA, and logically examines fail-safe interlock designed for definitely securing the safety control of pressure for hydraulic control systems, and manufactures such fail-safe interlock system on an experimental basis.
