Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses a channel simulator in order to simulate acoustic channels with computer. Acoustic communications suffer from severe time and frequency selective channels, i.e., double selective channels. Thus, acoustic communications need construction of channel simulators and channel sounding techniques for acoustic channels. As the proposed channel simulators can simulate acoustic channels by means of channel impulse responses and noises measured in actual acoustic environment, it can evaluate performance and can compare performance of acoustic communications schemes. This paper also discusses performance improvement schemes of channel sounding by using modified M sequence. This paper discusses construction of channel simulators for acoustic channels and channel sounding by using modified M sequence, then evaluates channel variation caused by sampling frequency error without inter-symbol interference. |
