A Proposal about Memory Usage Reduction Method of Non-local Processing

Abstract(in English) In this report, we describe reduction methods of use memory of non-local processing. Non-local processing is excellent noise reduction method with structure preservation performance. The memory usage is large, because of the similarity with a lot of blocks is calculated. In this research, we aim to reduce memory usage of non-local processing without losing the features of non-local processing such as using pixels which located far distance from a target pixel. In this report, we target monochrome images, and propose a reduction methods of use memory improving non-local median filter. Through the experiments, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
