Abstract(in English) To estimate an optimum harmonic impedance for an intrinsic part of transistor, a MHz-band harmonics active load-pull system for a high-efficiency amplifier design has been developed previously. The optimum impedance for the amplifier is strictly different from it for a rectifier due to different load lines on the I-V plane. Therefore, a MHz-band multi-harmonic active source-pull system for the high-efficiency transistor rectifier design has been developed. From comparisons with the previous active load-pull evaluations, the active source-pull system is useful for the direct and precise rectifier design.
