| Abstract(in English) | Vegetables which do not conform to standards are called irregular vegetables because of misshapes and scratches. Farmers dispose all of them, and the disposal rate is about $40$% of the total production. In this paper, we propose an irregular vegetable utilization system to utilize the irregular vegetables into side dishes and processed food, and to reduce the waste volume of them. Firstly, we construct databases for the utilization of the many irregular vegetables left in agricultural lands. In addition to this, the system manages the collection process of the vegetables and the stock of them at the retail shops. This system also provides a side dish cooking plan, which appropriately uses them, with a precut vegetable search algorithm and a recipe extraction algorithm, which we proposed. We also report an arrival process of local production and dead stock, because we assume that we install the system to retail shops. |
