Abstract(in English) Domestic IoT technologies have gradually improved, but the ratio of demonstration experiments is high, there are few successful businesses yet. Analysis of our cases shows that a successful business model has several elements. 1. Visualization and efficiency improvement of works and processes 2. Shift from value polishing to service offering of goods, 3. Co-creation and value chaining with customers 4. Cooperation between business and society and AI is accelerating IoT strongly. This lecture is introducing examples and explaining the success factors of IoT business.
