[Invited Talk] Smart Spectrum for V2X Communication

抄録(和) Smart spectrum is a concept of a smart spectrum management based on measurement, statistical analysis and spectrum database for dynamically utilization of spectrum for future wireless world. V2X is a hot topic of wireless communication for future transportation system such as vehicle to vehicle (V2V) and vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) communications. In particular, connected and automated vehicle is considered for a key technology to realize sustainable future society. In this presentation, smart spectrum technologies for V2X are introduced. First, the research of spectrum measurement using probe cars for estimating highly accurate propagation environment for spectrum sharing and spectrum management is explained. We con rm that probe cars can be used for stable measurement sensors for creating a spectrum database. Next, we introduce V2V and V2I spectrum management based on crowdsourcing, in which the communication results of V2V and V2I are used for creating spectrum database to realize highly reliable V2X network. Finally, we discuss a smart spectrum management for future connected and automated vehicles.
