A study of remote management method for clients on the Sakai-trams in location service

Abstract(in English) A structure of information service systems based on IoT is described in this report. After we show that architecture of the services is able to construct from three layers, we describe the best architecture in low cost and small start. And then we discuss about an architecture for scaling up the service. It is required to increase the number of the sensors for scaling up the service. This causes a problem which is increasing management cost in proportion to the number of IoT sensors. A solution of the problem is centralized management of the sensors. It is better to be able to management from remote site. We introduce cloud based centralized management method into the service to solve the problem. The method is implemented by kintone produced by Cybozu, Inc. We show the result that GPS based information service works on Sakai-Tram served by Hankai Tramway Co., Ltd.
