On a DNA Damage Model based on Asynchronous Cellular Automaton

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we consider a modeling method of a gene network, which simulates dynamics triggered by DNA damage, using an asynchronous cellular automaton. We show that the model can reproduce basic properties of the nonlinear vector field of the gene network model by asynchronous transitions of discrete states. Furthermore, we show that this model can reproduce the dynamics triggered by the DNA damage.
