Abstract(in English) -The aim of the study is to assist the clinical professional for interpretation and examine the impact on the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea and what type of sleep studies is the most suitable for what kind of diagnosis even though different sleeping laboratory use different methodologies. The most challenging things about sleep apnea is that it cannot be undiagnosed for the long period of time because of time consuming, inconvenience and labor intensiveness. Early detection of sleep apnea can help the potential to the fatal health condition of a patient. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages between different type of sleep studies is compared in order to help the health expert how to choose sleep studies among different level of standard practiced by different sleep lab.
