| Abstract(in English) | Abstract In recent years, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), which provide services by reselling network resources from Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), have grown rapidly. While MVNOs provide much lower quality of service (QoS) than MNOs, the service price of MVNOs is much cheaper than MNOs. Our previous work has shown that many MVNO users are satisfied with MVNO’s service. Therefore, we focus on differences in behaviour between MNO users and MVNO users, and consider services that allow users to share network resources efficiently by transferring network resources to each other. In this paper, we firstly clarify the behaviour differences between MNO users and MVNO users by questionnaire survey. Then, we model users’ behaviour from the survey results. |
