Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In this report, we investigate a difference of effectiveness of our educational tools caused by student’s motivation. The tool is designed for being aware with experience in learning process. It is developed under the theme which is one of Information Technology. That is wireless communication. Our objectives are to accelerate active learning and deep understanding by using educational tools. Under the assumption that the students have equal strength of motivation, we change the waiting time to start a class. A member of the class consists of the forty-one high school students who visited our laboratory to know how about us, when open campus is held in Osaka Sangyo University. After we confirm their participation, two types of class opened. One class opened as soon as possible, another opened after 15 minutes. We think a difference between these groups is strength of motivation, because students who wait for 15 minutes have strength hope for receiving the class. If they don’t have it, they might leave soon. We expected that the group with higher motivation learn deeply but difference of two group was slightly. |
