Abstract(in English) | Currently, NTT DOCOMO promotes the introduction of Green Base Transceiver Stations (Green-BTSs), which are mobile communication base stations equipped with storage batteries and solar panels. An advantage of the Green-BTS is the reduction of the purchase amount of commercial electric power by utilizing solar power generation and the improvement of the backup performance at the time of a disaster by storage batteries. However, due to the output instability of solar power generation, it is difficult to utilize all the electric power derived from the solar panel in control of only a single station. Therefore, we aim to operate base stations with higher efficiency by performing integrated control of multiple Green-BTS. In this paper, basic simulation of integrated control of multiple Green-BTSs is carried out by using measured data, and its effectiveness is evaluated from the viewpoints of environment, economy and disaster tolerance. |
