Abstract(in English) | A Low-supply voltage operation and Self-Calibration Hysteresis comparator was proposed. The comparator contains PMOS input stage with parallel transistors for calibration, and PMOS load stage using positivefeedback, and Charge pump circuit to generate bias voltage for calibration. The comparator has hysteresis characteristics. The comparator has two trip point voltages when input signal crosses reference signal from upper sideor lower side. With self-calibration, the comparator's offset voltage is decreased. The comparator suites for sensorapplications or low-power Analog to Digital converter circuit. |
