Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The recursive transition-matrix algorithm (RTMA) is widely used for the electromagnetic scattering problem of circular cylinder arrays, and it is also effective to the problem of periodic circular cylinder array with the use of the lattice sums technique. This paper presents a formulation for the eigenmode analysis of waveguides formed by circular cylinders. The present formulation is based on the RTMA applying to the multilayer structure of periodic circular cylinder array.
