Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An energy densities of the capacitor which used PANI thick film for cathode and anode (18mAh/g) undergoes influence of "the cathode film thickness" and "doping levels of a cathode". On the other hand, because the capacitor voltage indicates about 1.2 V irrespective of the state of the electrodes, it seems caused by "the difference between the impurity level and the Fermi level". A possibility of the high powered accumulator that a new charge mechanism in the high concentration electrolyte of ionic liquid and a doping organization were used is suggested. In addition, the capacity which equals more than 10 times of capacity of the present capacitor in discharge by the high rate was obtained.
