Effects of non-linearity of Fowler-Nordheim plots on Seppen-Kamauki analysis

Abstract(in English) Effects of the non-linearity of Fowler-Nordheim plots on the Seppen-Katamukianalysis have been investigated. A non-lienar behavior of Fowler-Nordheim plots observed with the practical field emitter arraywas approximated by two linear lines. The values of intercept and slope of these two different lines were derived, and relationship between these values were argued. As a result, it was found that the lines came to close position on the SK chart.
