Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Performance of a field emitter array (FEA) under high dose rate X-ray irradiation was investigated. All electrodes are not floated in order to carry out the measurement without the effect of charging. Under high dose rate X-ray irradiation up to 1.2 kGy・h-1 for 60 minutes, FEA maintained the characteristics similar to those of before the irradiation. Furthermore, the anode current slightly increased from the start of the irradiation. After the irradiation, large increase of the anode current was observed without large change of the gate current.
