Abstract(in English) We have been developing a 300GHz band folded waveguide TWT fabricated by Micro Electro Mechanical Systems for the future broad band wireless communication systems. In 2014 and 2015, we have already reported the design methods and actual circuit design for the 300GHz band folded waveguide TWT. Based on the evaluation of the first prototype TWTs, this paper describes some design changes for the next second prototype TWTs.
