| Abstract(in English) | Wavelength selective switches are significant modules to configure reconfigurable optical networks. Developments for flexible grid and increasing port count of wavelength selective switches are reviewed. Trends of development of wavelength selective switches to advanced functionalities are also reviewed. Furthermore reports on wavelength selective cross-connects, which have multiple input port and multiple output, are introduced. |
