Characteristic Analysis of Dog's unnecessary Barking Behavior Using Self-Organizing Map

Abstract(in English) Dog training has giving rewards and giving punishments. However, commercially available waste barking prevention goods have only the ones that prevent the dog's barking by giving punishment such as electric shock and vibration. When thinking about presenting reward and disciplining, Conditioning after wasting barking like the conventional has no meaning. In order to use reward, it is necessary to present it in the situation before waste barking. Letting the situation learn that the dog has a favorable situation leads to the avoidance of the later waste bark. In this thesis, we sensed unnecessary barking behaviors, perform preliminary recognition with SVM, and perform characterization analysis with SOM.
