Abstract(in English) | Recently, the superconducting qubits and detectors have been studied well in fields such as quantum computing, quantum optics and cryptography communication. These devices are operated at low-temperature by using a cryocooler. However, as the number of devices increases, the heat inflow from the wiring increases from the room temperature equipment into the refrigerator. Therefore, efficient signal multiplexing technology is very attractive. In this study, we investigated the parallel to serial conversion circuit using adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) circuit. Since the AQFP circuit applies AC bias current to all the gates through magnetic coupling, the amount of applied AC bias current independent on the circuit scale. The AQFP parallel to serial conversion circuit is composed of two circuit blocks for sampling the input signal and parallel to serial converting the signal. In simulation result, we confirmed correct operation of 4:1 parallel to serial conversion circuit. In addition, we designed a 256-pixel imaging AQFP readout circuit with parallel to serial conversion circuit arranged in 16 rows by 16 columns for readout of two-dimensional superconducting detector array. |
