| Abstract(in English) | In this paper we present a modified version of K(V)Scheme formerly presented by the author. The modified scheme will be referred to as K(X)Scheme. We present a new class of CBPKC using K(X)Scheme based on the binary cyclic code. We shall refer to the constructed CBPKC as K(X)CBPKC. We show that K(X)CBPKC would be very secure. We also show that the encryption and decryption can be performed very fast. In appendix we present revised ΣΠPKC. |
