Basic Study of Self-convergent Beam Formation by a Both-sides Retrodirective System

Abstract(in English) We propose a new wireless power transmission system applying retrodirective scheme reradiating microwave in the arrival direction of the pilot signal to both sides of transmitting and receiving antenna. Self-convergent microwave beams are formed by repeating the retrodirective operation with transmitting and receiving antennas. In addition, one synchronous oscillator is constituted by the whole system by two beams different in the direction of the pilot signal and microwave power. In this paper, we describe the principle of self-convergence of microwave beam and verification results by simulation.
