Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | To mitigate digital divide within the super smart society, we have been studying an autonomous in-formation delivery service, called Tales of Familiar (ToF). ToF retrieves information from various data sources including direct messages, Web resources, and ubiquitous sensors. Then, it picks up relevant information based on preference of every user. Finally, a familiar deployed in the physical environment tells the information as tales to the user. In this paper, to see the practical feasibility of ToF, we implement a prototype of ToF, and conduct preliminary experiments in a real environment. To address problems found in the experiment, we also propose a method that excludes similar tales, and improve the scoring method so as to better reflect user’s interests. |
