Integration of multi-channel signals to generate three dimensional sounds for omnidirectional image.

Abstract(in English) Three dimensional sound means a sound recording and reproduction method and can reproduce a direction and distance of a sound image. In the image technology, an omnidirectional camera is developed and it makes us to view a sightseeing spot and street from arbitrary user’s view. If three dimensional sounds can be imparted to omnidirectional image, more realistic recording and playback can be produced. In this study, we propose an integration method of pseudo-spatial sound signals which are observed by a spherical microphone baffle with multiple hollows. The performances were evaluated by a spectral distortion score, and a result of the weight function based on the spline function was the best.
