| Abstract(in English) | Recently many kind of risks including natural disasters and cyber-attacks are increasing. When incident occurs, quick and decisive responses are needed. In this paper we introduced a concept of joint emergency management for all-hazards. We also explain ICT-based support system “KADAN.” We applied KADAN to two use cases; a cyber-attack exercise at a company group, and a big sports events. |
