Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We perform spin transport in a ferromagnetic/nonmagnetic bilayer channel. When the spin current is flown in the nonmagnetic material, spin absorption effect is caused by the ferromagnetic thin film. The thin film ferromagnet showed the anisotropic spin absorption effect in response to the sweep of the external magnetic field. In addition, the spin signal at low temperature became smaller than that at room temperature. We clarified that by extending the one-dimensional spin diffusion model, the temperature dependence of the spin signal depends on shunt of the spin current in the whole system.
