Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Information on the hazard is required to be up to date. However, the hazard map can not be updated frequently due to the human cost of surveying the local land use. Therefore, we classify land use by combining land cover analysis with local fractal dimension, DEM data, and coastline data. In addition, we construct a road network from road edge data using binary image processing. Using this method, we reduced the cost of land use survey. Furthermore, we created a tsunami inundation prediction hazard map which is easily updated by the energy conservation method and Dijkstra's method.
