Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) we faced to many kinds of natural disasters in Japan. Once disaster occurs, local governments have to start to support for victims’ life reconstruction. However, there is no standardized work-flow model in Japan, because we did not understand when and how many work happen during the life reconstruction process. In previous research, Inoguchi clarified the work-volume happened by each-day in a case study of 2007 Niigata Chuetsu-oki Earthquake. In this research, we decided to apply the same method to 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake to compare each case of disaster. Through this research, we found one peak of work volume in some works occurring in early-time phase. Furthermore, in some of them, work volume occurs constantly in 1 year, this means that we should consider a new department which manage victims life reconstruction after disaster occurrence in order to realize effective and efficient victims support.
